Next term, my students will be engaging in a research task for the SOSE (Social Sciences) learning area. I was having a look in, Infusing Thinking into the Middle Years, (2002), by Michael Pohl and I came across – Pohls Infusion Matrix.
I feel that this Matrix will take the students along the path I am hoping to develop in them, that is, one where they can plan activities, “that flow on in a logical manner, at increasing levels of complexity” (2002). This is the example taken from the above resource. Pohl’s Infusion Matrix
